We understand that circumstances vary, and you have the freedom to make choices that suit you. If you decide to opt out of the pension scheme, not only will your pension contributions cease, but the Trust’s contributions on your behalf will also come to a halt.
Opting out is hassle-free! Just complete the pension opt-out form, which you can conveniently download here, and send it via email to imperial.staffbank.payroll@nhs.net. Your decision will be processed promptly.
- Existing Contributions: What Happens Next?
Opting out won't lead to a refund of the funds you've already contributed. However, if you wish to reclaim these funds, the process is simple:
- If you choose to reclaim your contributions, complete the pension refund form available [here](attach or link to microsite etc) and send it to imperial.staffbank.payroll@nhs.net.
- Please be aware that the refund process typically takes around four to six weeks to complete.
