What to do if you have not been paid for your shifts
We understand not being paid is concerning and you want to understand why. Below we have detailed common reasons you may not have been paid and how to ensure this is solutioned.
Shift payroll deadline
To ensure that you are paid on time, it is vital that your shifts are finalised within the deadlines. On a normal week, without bank holidays, your shifts for the previous week will need to be finalised by 5pm on a Monday in order to be paid on Friday. You can check to see that your shifts are finalised using EOL, and will need to chase your manager if these have not been signed off.

There was a change to the deadline due to a bank holiday
If there was a bank holiday in the week of your shift, it is highly likely that the payroll deadline changed. This would have been communicated via email and it is likely that you will be paid in the following week as long as your shift has been finalised.
Your bank details have changed, and we have not been notified.
If you have not inform the Imperial Staff Bank team of your change of bank details, payment woud have been run with the your previous bank details. Please contact the payroll team and update your details on My ESR.
