I have a tax query

Tax is driven by your tax code. This can be found on your payslip in the top section as shown in the image below. 

 

If you believe your tax code to be incorrect, you will need to contact HMRC directly to resolve this. Your tax code can only be updated by HMRC. You can contact them on:

The HMRC contact centre is open Monday to Friday- 8am to 8pm and Saturday - 8am to 4pm. They are closed for calls on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
