How to check if your shift has been finalised in EOL either on the desktop or mobile app.

If shifts are not finalised even though you worked them, you will not be paid. Therefore, it is critical that you ensure that you finalise all shift you book on EOL.
Using the desktop and URL login:
After logging in, click onto the shift that you want to check it will look like the screen below, if you can see a padlock and is states finalised then your shift has been finalised.
If you can see that your shift has not been finalised, please contact the ward/department manager where you worked the shift to ask them to finalise for you, if your shift has been finalised and you haven’t been paid when you expected to be paid please contact the staff bank on……
Using the mobile App:
Once into the app, find the shift you want to check and click onto it. It will look like the screen below. If you can see a padlock and it states finalised then your shift has been finalised.
If you can see that your shift has not been finalised, please contact the ward/department manager where you worked the shift to ask them to finalise for you. If your shift has been finalised and you haven’t been paid when you expected to be paid, please contact the Staff Bank on 02081672496.
